SHIPPING INFORMATION

WE SHIP WITH AUSPOST AND OTHER COURIERS.

WE REQUIRE YOU TO SIGN ON DELIVERY.  IF YOU ARE HAPPY TO HAVE IT LEFT ON YOUR DOOR STEP WITHOUT A SIGNATURE, PLEASE TELL US IN THE NOTES SECTION, BUT BEWARE THAT BY DOING THIS YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY MISSING PARCELS.

Also please note that if you choose EXPRESS SHIPPING, it does not guarantee an imediate despatch from the warehouse, note it is prioritised as first out . It only ensures that once AusPost have collected your parcel, you will get priority shipping with them.

We may have certain delays on items due to them being out of stock.  Thank you for your understanding.

Our shipping rates are as follows: Free standard shipping on orders under $100 within Australia.  Standard Shipping per order over $100 is $12.90 plus any additional costs your order may incur.

Express Shipping per order is $21.50. Choosing this option on orders under $100 will add the cost of $21.50 to your total order.

Larger items such as snorkels or winches that are oversize could incur extra charges.  If this is the case and the website hasnt added any extra charges to your order, we will contact you first to let you know.  We will at all times look at what you are ordering and try to cut down the cost of shipping for you.

NOTE : SOME REMOTE AREAS, e.g. MOST OF NORTHERN TERRITORY, NORTHEN WA, AND SOME OTHER OUTBACK TOWNS MAY INCURE EXTRA SHIPPING CHARGES. PLEASE CONTACT US IF YOU FALL IN THIS CLASS. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO HOLD UP SHIPPING WHILE WE CONTACT YOU REGARDING THE EXTRA COSTS THAT MAY OCCUR .

We attempt to have all orders with the courier the next business day. Please note that some stock may run low if we have an unusually large request for the same product, so PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 10 WORKING DAYS FOR DELIVERY TO YOUR HOME.  If you have not received an order within 10 days, please notify us by email.

DEFINITIONS

OUT OF STOCK: it is out and awaiting new stock to arrive. Feel free to send an email through to find out a time frame of when the particular item will be in stock before ordering.

SPECIAL ORDER  : means that it is usually a large or hard item to hold stock of, and we will special order it for you this will take 10-20 buisness days to get to you. Please order these items separately as it may hold up your entire order.

IN STOCK : means that the item to the best of our knowledge is in stock at the warehouse at time of ordering and will be dispatched the next business day

BACK ORDER : means this item is in demand and stock is on its way you can place the order and it will be dispatched as soon as it comes in this is a great way to make sure you dont miss out

NOTE: Due to large numbers of orders every day, sometimes items go out of stock faster than we can replace or update the status on the website. PLEASE understand that sometime we get an unusual run on one particular item and sell out many in a day so stock can run down faster than we can replenish. In this case the order will be held until new stock arrives, then the order will be sent ASAP. Please also know that we use the most efficient couriers to your area. We use AusPost as our main courier.  Once it leaves us sometimes couriers have issues and run late or miss pick up or drop off times.  Note we are in Victoria and all orders are shipped from Victoria so deliveries to Perth etc can take 10 – 12 buisness days for delivery.  If your order is going to take longer than 12 days for whatever reason, we will contact you to let you know.

IF YOU NEED SOMETHING URGENT eg. TIME FRAME OF ONLY A FEW DAYS. PLEASE CALL US TO MAKE SURE WE HAVE IT AND CAN SEND IT SAME DAY

Refund and Returns

We do not accept returns unless there is a shipping item error on our behalf or there is sufficient evidence that the item was damaged before you opened.

All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in a unused and saleable condition.

  • Your name and address
  • A description of the item you are returning
  • Whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name and item number of the replacement item.
